Self-confidence evokes feelings of trust in your abilities, qualities, and a sense of control in your life. It is often associated with the word trust. What that means is that you look inwards and you evaluate and trust the capacities that you observe you have within you. You observe and trust your potential in certain skills and abilities and you have a sense of control over them. It’s about valuing yourself and feeling worthy, regardless of any imperfections or what others may believe about you.

This is one of the episodes in the self-confidence series where you will first become aware of your potential and of your capacity for control. Sitting down, you will observe the postural model of your body as a whole here and now. By looking at yourself, you will be able to become aware of your body structure and your potential.
